Write to service@tabvenir.com. Tell us what you were trying to save, which browser and extension version you use, and what happened. A source domain and a short description are usually a better starting point than private page content.
A useful bug report
Include the steps to reproduce and the message shown in the batch report. If a note is incomplete, say which part is missing. You can preview and download a local diagnostic report in extension settings before deciding whether to share it.
Privacy, rights and security
Use the same address for requests about correspondence you have sent or for private security reports. Do not send passwords, session cookies, authentication tokens or material you are not authorized to share.
What to expect
Email is the current support channel. We do not automatically create an account, add you to a newsletter, or promise a fixed response time. The FAQ and welcome guide can answer common questions while you wait.
